Our company is one of the leaders in customs brokerage at the Serbian market. We have 22 licensed customs agents, who are the pillar in our work with many renowned domestic and foreign companies. For Coca Cola HBC Serbia and Delhaise Serbia we carry out home clearance with our customs agents present for 24 hours.
Furthermore, in cooperation with SGS we provide joint transit documents – NCTS for EU, CEFTA and Turkey. Within this activity we also act as an agent at state inspection authorities regarding the goods that prior to import customs clearance require licenses of: sanitary, veterinary, phytosanitary and market inspection, as well as necessary laboratory analyses.
Air Cargo
Within this activity, through a network of our partners worldwide, we carry out organisation of import air shipments, at the request of importers, including also EXW parity of delivery. We carry out the organisation and delivery of import air shipments primarily as the GSSA for Serbia and Montenegro of the reputable German air carrier Lufthansa Cargo.

In cooperation with a reputable company HBT Logistic we execute warehousing and distribution services of temperature controlled and ambient goods.
Since 2016 our company has owned a license of the Civil Aviation Directorate of the Republic of Serbia for ground handling of air cargo at „Nikola Tesla“ Airport in Belgrade. At the moment we offer cargo handling services to the following companies: Lufthansa, Lufthansa Cargo i Austrian Airlines.
